Biography

Camille Fouqué is an associate in the Project Development & Finance practice of White & Case in Paris.

Camille advises on public law, mainly on public contracts for infrastructure projects in France, both in terms of advice and litigation.

She also focuses on regulatory issues of the environmental and energy sectors and has acquired significant experience in public procurement and public domain.

Before joining White & Case, Camille worked for several international law firms as well as for EDF, and at the Ministry of Economy and Finances.

Her recent experience includes:

Solveo Energies: Representation of Mirova, a global asset management company dedicated to sustainable investing and an affiliate of Natixis Investment Managers, on Solveo Energies' strategic fundraising. 

Innergex: Representation of Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) on the French aspects of its definitive agreement with Innergex Renewable Energy Inc. (Innergex) to acquire all the shares in Innergex. 

Nancy/Contrexéville: Representation of a consortium (Transdev, NGE and Caisse des dépôts et consignations) in the context of a tender process organized by the Grand-Est Region regarding the award of a concession relating to the financing, refurbishment, operation and maintenance of a railway line between Nancy and Contrexéville.

Sale of GreenYellow: Representation of Casino Group on the signing, together with Tikehau Capital and French public investment bank Bpifrance, of a put option agreement to sell their majority stake in GreenYellow, the energy subsidiary of Casino group, to Ardian Infrastructure for an enterprise value of €1.4 billion and an equity value of €1.1 billion.

CEGELOG: Representation of Eiffage and Groupe Arcade-Vyv on the first concession contract granted in France for outsourced management of a housing estate owned by the Ministry of Armed Forces for a total amount of more than €7 billion.

First Multi-Buyer Green CPPA in Europe: Representation of financial services company LCL in connection with the structuring, drafting and negotiation of the first multi-buyer Green Corporate Power Purchase Agreement (Green CPPA) in Europe and on a framework agreement, common to all purchasers, to manage the participating companies for the duration of the Green CPPA.

French offshore wind tenders: Representation of Iberdrola Renovables Energia in relation to its bid for the 1GW offshore wind mega-project in the Normandy region of France (AO4) and for the South Brittany floating offshore wind farm, whose tenders were launched by the French government in January and April 2021.

Evolution of solar tariffs: Support to an operator in understanding the issues related to the re-evaluation of the feed-in tariffs for electricity produced by photovoltaic installations benefiting from the 2006 and 2010 tariff decrees.
