Catherine McNally is an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group, and is a resident in the New York Office. Ms. McNally represents corporate clients in private and public domestic, cross-border and global mergers and acquisitions across an array of industries.
Experience
Representation of Altria Group, Inc. in its acquisition of NJOY Holdings, Inc., giving Altria ownership of NJOY's e-vapor product portfolio, for US$2.75 billion in cash payable at closing with an additional US$500 million in cash payments that are contingent upon regulatory outcomes with respect to certain NJOY products.
Representation of Biosynex S.A., a French biotechnology société anonyme, on its US$17.2 million acquisition of Chembio Diagnostics, Inc., a U.S. biotechnology corporation.
