A shortlisted bidder, who is an international multi-line insurance provider, in the proposed acquisition of Yapı Kredi Insurance and Yapı Kredi Life Insurance, leading companies in the Turkish life and non-life insurance market.

Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. on the US$1.3 billion acquisition of U.N Ro-Ro Isletmeleri A.S., a Turkish freight company and also in the acquisition financing of Un Ro-Ro for an amount of € 570 million.  The arrangers were T. Garanti Bank and T.İs Bank.

Bancroft Private Equity, a leading CEE private equity fund in connection with a private auction process for the sale of 100% of Standard Profil A.S. to Sealing Technologies S.a.r.l. Standard Profil is a fast growing, tier-one rubber profile and weather-strip producer for global automotive OEMs with manufacturing locations in Turkey and Bulgaria, among others.
