Overview

Charlotte Deans is an associate in the Firm's M&A/Private Equity group in London. Prior to relocating to London, Charlotte spent time in the firm's Dubai office, and was previously seconded to Blackstone Credit Advisors.

Charlotte advises international and local private equity firms, financial institutions, corporations and alternative capital providers on a range of domestic and cross-border transactions including acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures and other corporate matters.
