Charlotte Lan is an associate in the Capital Markets Group and is a resident of the New York office. Charlotte focuses her practice on equity and debt securities transactions. She also advises public companies on disclosure issues, ongoing reporting and corporate governance practices.

Prior to joining the firm, Charlotte served as a law clerk at the California Public Utilities Commission Administrative Law Judge Division. During law school, she was an Executive Editor of the New York University Law Review.
