Cherif El Tabei is an associate of MHR & Partners, with which White & Case practices in association. He is also a member of our Capital Markets group, based in Cairo. Prior to joining White & Case, Mr. El Tabei worked for 8 years in a top tier law firm in Cairo.
He has an extensive experience advising Egyptian and international clients in connection with general corporate matters and transactions including capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. He also advised various clients in the establishment of non-banking financial services vehicles in Egypt including Micro Finance, Electronic Payment solutions and Venture Capital Funds.
