Overview
Chloé Bouffard is an English law-qualified Associate in the Firm's Debt Finance group in Paris.
Her experience includes representing financial institutions, corporations and funds on a wide range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions. She has a particular focus on acquisition finance, including syndicated finance, leveraged finance and mezzanine financings.
Chloé joined White & Case in 2020 as a trainee in London, where she gained experience in the Mergers & Acquisitions, Asset Finance and Debt Finance groups. She then joined the Firm's Capital Markets group in Paris before qualifying as an Associate in Debt Finance.
