Christian Sperling is an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions/Private Equity practice group in the Firm's Frankfurt office.
He advises in the areas of national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions as well as corporate law.
Prior to joining White & Case, Christian Sperling gained practical experience by working as a trainee lawyer for a renowned international law firm in Frankfurt in the field of Corporate/M&A and the German Consulate General in Chicago.
