

Biography
Christina Culver focuses on resolving complex tax controversy matters on behalf of foreign and domestic businesses, high-net worth individuals, and tax-exempt organizations. As an associate in White & Case's Tax Group , she has significant experience in successfully resolving disputes with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) at the examination, appeals and collection levels (including alternative dispute resolution such as Fast Track Settlement), and in federal and international tax litigations. Christina also advises clients on transfer pricing issues, Advance Pricing Agreement negotiations with the IRS and foreign tax authorities, civil and criminal tax penalties, and voluntary disclosure matters, among others.
Christina was shortlisted for the 2025 Women in Business Law Rising Star for Tax award. She also maintains an active pro bono practice and has been recognized with the Firm's pro bono award on multiple occasions.
Prior to joining the Firm, she completed a two-year clerkship at the U.S. Tax Court.
