Christina Hüschemenger's principal areas of practice include German and international tax law, with particular emphasis on international tax planning for companies as well as private clients.
She has particularly advised on VAT aspects of several transactions involving financial and domestic transactions. She has also been involved in several acquisition structuring projects, where she has advised on complex tax aspects of the transaction, particularly involving VAT and corporate tax issues.
