Overview

Chris Blain is an associate in the Debt Finance practice in White & Case's Chicago office. His practice focuses primarily on the representation of major commercial banks, investment banks, direct lenders, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers in connection with secured and unsecured credit facilities, syndicated financings, leveraged acquisition financings and other debt financing transactions.

Prior to joining White & Case, Chris graduated from Michigan State University College of Law, summa cum laude, and he was an associate in the Chicago office of another leading global law firm.

Representation of administrative agents and lenders in connection with secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities ranging from US$50 million to US$800 million.*

Representation of sponsor-backed portfolio companies in connection with leveraged acquisition financings.*
