Overview

Claire is an associate in the Debt Finance Practice of White & Case. Her practice focuses primarily on the representation of major commercial banks, investment banks, direct lenders, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers in connection with secured and unsecured credit facilities and leveraged acquisition financings, many of which are global in nature.

Claire recently completed client secondment in the global Banking group of a multinational financial institution.

CVC Capital Partners
Representation of CVC Capital Partners on the debt financing of its US$2.2 billion acquisition of ConvergeOne, Inc. (Nasdaq-listed global IT/ managed services provider of collaboration and technology solutions), consisting of US$960 million senior secured first lien term loan facility, US$275 million senior secured second lien term loan facility and US$250 million senior secured asset based revolving credit facility.

Lead arrangers
Represented the lead arrangers in connection with US$1.910 billion in senior secured credit facilities provided to Owens-Illinois Group, Inc. consisting of US$910 million term loan facility provided to certain of the company’s US, Australian and New Zealand subsidiaries, together with a US$300 million revolving facility and a US$700 million multicurrency revolving facility.
