Biography

Overview

Cody is an associate in White & Case's Financial Restructuring and Insolvency practice. His practice is focused on financial restructuring matters, including representations of debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, and other interested parties with respect to chapter 11 bankruptcies, out-of-court workouts, and cross-border proceedings.

As a law student, Cody served as a member of the Hofstra Law Review and an extern to the Honorable A. Kathleen Tomlinson, United States Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of New York. He also earned excellence awards in bankruptcy law, corporate and securities law, criminal law, and civil procedure.

Prior to joining White & Case, Cody served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert E. Grossman of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York.
