Constanza Elizabeth López Sánchez is a lawyer in the M&A and antitrust areas, as well as in the telecommunication sector.
Before joining White & Case, Constanza worked as a legal advisor for a Commissioner at the Mexican Telecommunications Institute, where she provided legal advice on matters that were submitted for the consideration of the Commissioner at the Board of Commissioners.
Constanza has also worked at the Investigative Authority for the General Director of Monopolistic Practices and Illegal Mergers, dealing with investigations of cartels, monopolistic practices and illegal mergers in the telecommunications and broadcasting sectors, and earlier, for the General Director of Legal Affairs of the Federal Economic Competition Commission at the substation of administrative procedure held in form of a trial.
Prior to that, Constanza practiced law in several boutique law firms, where she worked mainly on corporate and administrative matters.
