Courtney Davis is an associate in the Firm's Washington, DC office. She works on complex commercial litigation and antitrust matters representing foreign sovereigns and multinational companies. Courtney is also very active in White & Case's pro bono practice. Her pro bono work has focused on prisoners' rights litigation and on immigration matters.

During law school, Courtney served on the editorial board for the Virginia Journal of Social Policy & the Law. She also served as a Legal Writing Fellow, working with first-year law students to develop their legal writing skills.
