

Biography
Cynthia Chen is an Associate in the Firm's International Arbitration Practice, based in Geneva. Cynthia's practice includes advising and representing clients in complex, high-value cross-border disputes in a variety of industries under all major arbitration rules and governed by various substantive laws, both common law and civil law.
Prior to joining White & Case, Cynthia worked at a leading Canadian law firm in Montreal, Canada.
Experience
Representing a joint venture EPC contractor in arbitral proceedings arising out of a European power plant project;
Representing a European general contractor in an ICC arbitration concerning a dispute relating to the construction of an industrial process plant in Australia;
Representing a Chinese investment company and African joint venture company in a ICC arbitration related to the mining industry.
