Damien Margaron is an associate in the Global Private Equity and Investment Funds Practices in Luxembourg.

He specialises in the field of alternative investment funds, advising investment managers and sponsors on the structuring, establishment and ongoing operations of private equity, venture capital, real estate, infrastructure and debt funds whether in the form of regulated or non-regulated vehicles. His experience further encompasses the structuring of co-investment vehicles and carried interest arrangements for fund managers.

Prior to joining White & Case, Damien practiced in the Investment Funds department of an international law firm based in Luxembourg.
