Biography
Daniel is an associate in White & Case's New York office and a member of the firm's Global Antitrust/Competition Group. Daniel's practice focuses on complex antitrust matters and commercial matters. Daniel is also an active member of the Firm's pro-bono practice, focusing on veteran's health assistance appeals and criminal sentence reduction.
Daniel graduated cum laude from Duke University School of law, where he served in the First Amendment Clinic and Duke Immigrant and Refugee project.
Prior to law school Daniel worked for nearly a decade as a research consultant in the retail, technology, and pharmaceutical industries. As a senior director of research teams, he designed primary research and developed statistical models to guide business decisions around product development, pricing, advertising, and target market segments.
