Biography
Overview
Danielle is a Senior Associate in the firm's Project Development and Finance Group, a global team dedicated to providing business and strategic advice to clients in relation to the financing and completion of major projects.
Danielle advises financiers, borrowers, sponsors and governments on the development and financing of major energy and infrastructure projects. Danielle has particular experience in project finance but has also advised across corporate and acquisition financing transactions.
Experience
Advising Euler Hermes, SACE, EXIAR and a syndicate of international, Russian and Chinese lenders on the €11 billion financing of the Amur Gas Processing Plant in Eastern Siberia.*
Advising the lenders on the financing of the Malta LNG-to-power project in the Republic of Malta.*
Advising the lenders (EBRD, OPIC and EDC) on the Izmir Integrated Health Campus PPP project in Türkiye.*
Advising the lenders (EBRD, OPIC and EDC) on the Kocaeli Integrated Health Campus PPP project in Türkiye.*
Advising the sponsors (Macquarie Capital, Cintra and PORR) on the project financing of the €1bn Bratislava D4/R7 ring road PPP in Slovakia, (IJ Global "European Roads Deal of the Year 2016" and Project Finance International "European PPP Deal of the Year 2016")*
Advising ArcLight on its sale of North Sea Midstream Partners to Wren House Infrastructure.*
Advising Neptune Energy (backed by funds managed by Carlyle and CVC) on its $3.9 billion acquisition of ENGIE E&P Petroleum International from ENGIE SA.*
