Biography

Overview

Daphne is an associate in the Brussels office of White & Case and a member of the firm's EU law practice group.

Her practice focuses on European competition law, including antitrust and merger control.

Her expertise includes working on complex multijurisdictional mergers, abuse of dominance cases, and advising on distribution matters. Daphne has been involved in assisting clients in proceedings before National Competition Authorities, the European Commission and EU courts.

Her experience covers a wide variety of industries including transport, telecom, pharmaceuticals and the Internet.

Prior to joining White & Case, Daphne was a Blue Book Trainee at DG Comp within the European Commission. She also completed internships in law firms based in Paris and in Athens.

Daphne holds an LLM in EU competition law from the College of Europe and a Master of Laws in Economic Law and in Litigation and Arbitration from Sciences Po Paris. Prior to her master's, she obtained a bachelor's degree from Sciences Po Paris and Sapienza Università di Roma.
