Daphne Wermenlinger is a Commercial Litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of White & Case. She serves as a member of a team that advises multinational social media and telecommunications companies in international litigation and regulatory investigations concerning data protection, privacy laws, intermediary liability, hate speech, defamation and other commercial disputes.
Prior to joining White & Case, Daphne clerked for the Honorable Thomas A. Cromwell at the Supreme Court of Canada. Daphne also interned at the International Criminal Court and practiced civil and commercial litigation in one of Canada's leading boutique litigation firms.
