Daria represents clients (both creditors and debtors) in complicated insolvency proceedings. She also advises on conflicts of laws, public international law, provisional measures, and jurisdictional and enforcement issues.

Representing a number of major European and Russian banks in the course of Russian legal proceedings related to recovery of debts from Russian borrowers, including representation in the course of insolvency proceedings and disputes related to declaring invalid transactions concluded by the debtors for the purpose of fraudulent disposal of their assets.

Representing Russian debtors and their shareholders in the course of disputes with their creditors including insolvency proceedings.

Representing two major Kazakhstan banks (BTA Bank and Alliance Bank) in several Russian proceedings concerning recognition and enforcement of a Kazakhstan court decisions on the restructuring of these banks.

Representing a Russian company before the Riga International Arbitration Court in a dispute related to enforcement of a suretyship agreement and in a dispute before a Russian state court related to setting the award aside.

Representing a Russian state enterprise in the course of an arbitration before the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce related to delivery of modular blocks for construction.

Representing Ekaterina Karinskaya (the granddaughter of the Russian architect Konstantin Melnikov) in a number of disputes necessary to establish the Melnikov's House State Museum and related to rights to the Melnikov's House and Konstantin and Victor Melnikov's paintings and other works of art (pro bono matter).
