David is an attorney in the Financial Services Regulatory team based in New York.

David advises domestic and international financial institutions on a wide range of financial services regulatory issues. David has experience advising on disputes and investigations into financial institutions, cross-border transactions by banks and other financial institutions, and other bank regulatory work. He also advises on consumer protection and data privacy issues relating to U.S. state and federal laws. David is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US).

Prior to joining White & Case, David was an associate in the New York office of a global law firm.
