Advised a banking syndicate led by joint global coordinators BNP Paribas and J.P. Morgan on the €1.2 billion capital increase without preferential subscription rights by Sartorius Stedim Biotech SA (Sartorius Stedim) and the €200 million placement of treasury preference shares by Sartorius Aktiengesellschaft (Sartorius).

Advised Citigroup on the €332 million capital increase of Befesa S.A. in connection with its acquisition of American Zinc.*

Advised the underwriters led by Hauck & Aufhäuser on the €416 million IPO of Cherry AG.*

Advised Berenberg and J.P. Morgan on Bike24 Holding AG's €322 million private placement and listing of shares on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.*

Advised Synlab AG on its €772 million IPO on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.*

Advised the underwriters led by Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank on the €182 million subscription rights offering of Instone Real Estate Group AG.*

Advised the underwriters led by J.P. Morgan on ADLER Group S.A.'s €400 million 3.250% bond due 2025, its €400 million 2.750% bond due 2026 and its €1.5 billion 1.875% and 2.250% dual-tranche bond due 2026/2029.*

Advised the underwriters led by J.P. Morgan on the €450 million subscription rights offering of ADO Properties S.A.*

Advised the underwriters led by J.P. Morgan on Vonovia SE's €744 million capital increase.*
