White & Case advises BENTELER Group on €2 billion refinancing

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the Austrian BENTELER Group, a global supplier in the automotive, energy, and machinery sectors, on a €2 billion refinancing for the full repayment of the Group's existing liabilities under its 2023 financing.

The transaction included raising a €1 billion term loan A and a €400 million revolving credit facility as well as issuing a €600 million high yield bond with an interest rate of 7.25% per annum maturing in 2031.
