Overview

Dawn Ying is an associate in the Firm's Dispute Resolution practice.

Her practice focuses on multijurisdictional commercial litigation, enforcement related actions, insolvency proceedings, investigations, and cross-border arbitration. She also advises on contentious and non-contentious matters in relation to employment and regulatory issues.

Prior to joining White & Case, Dawn was an associate of another US law firm.

Advising Chinese client in a winding up proceedings with respect to a Hong Kong listed company.
