Debora Duval is an associate in White & Case’s New York office. Her practice encompasses a broad range of proceedings in federal, state and bankruptcy courts, representing and advising clients from industries such as pharmaceutical, financial services, construction, and paper and pulp. Her training in both civil and common law traditions allows Debora to provide value-added advice to clients in complex commercial litigation and cross-border contract disputes in international arbitration. Recently, Debora was part of the White & Case arbitration team representing a Brazilian client in one of the largest corporate disputes in Brazil to date.
Before joining White & Case, Debora was an attorney for the City of Sao Paulo, Brazil, where she practiced for over five years, advising public officials on diverse matters and representing the City in complex litigation related to administrative and land use law.
