Overview

Devon is an associate in the Firm's Tax Group and is resident in the Firm's Houston office. She provides tax advice to clients on a broad range of domestic and international matters including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, corporate and general business matters (including business formation, reorganization, and joint venture and limited liability company structuring), as well as cross-border structured finance and other transactions.
