Biography
Dinmukhamed is an Associate of Corporate and M&A practice at White & Case Astana office.
He specializes in M&A transactions, corporate law and AIFC law with deep expertise in both AIFC and Kazakhstani legal frameworks. He has extensive experience advising clients in the mining, trade, infrastructure, and banking sectors and in the subsoil use industry.
Prior to joining White & Case Dinmukhamed has worked as a senior associate at one of the leading international law firms.

Representation of a client in relation to the disposal subsoil use company to one of the largest gold mining companies for more than US$150 million. *
Representation of clients on complex matters involving corporate law, M&A, AIFC law, contract law and subsoil use. *
Representation of a client in relation to the acquisition of a subsoil use company involving complex regulatory structuring and obtaining waivers from the competent authority for more than US$100 million. *

Representation of a client in relation to the disposal of one of the largest retail companies in Kazakhstan. The works includes preparing a share purchase agreement, participating in negotiations, advising on regulatory and security matters, and supporting the performance of the agreement. *
Representation of a client in the healthcare sector in relation to an M&A transaction valued at over US$20 million. The works includes advising on the structuring of the transaction, preparing all transaction documents, and conducting a full legal due diligence. *
