Don Zhe Nan Wang is a litigation associate in the firm's Silicon Valley office in the Global Competition practice group. His experience includes counseling technology companies in their intellectual property matters with a focus on patent litigation, and assisting health insurance and pharmaceutical companies in complex antitrust matters before U.S. federal courts.
During law school, Don was an extern in the chambers of U.S. District Court Judge Marianne O. Battani and the chambers of U.S. Magistrate Judge James P. Donohue. Don also worked at the University of Washington School of Law's Technology Law and Public Policy Clinic, where he advised state legislators and school administration on regulatory issues related to drones and autonomous vehicles.
