Elisha is an associate in the Firm's Global White Collar Practice Group and is based in the New York office. Elisha's practice focuses on white collar criminal defense, investigations, regulatory enforcement proceedings, and compliance. He represents individuals and corporations in investigations, proceedings, and prosecutions initiated by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and other government agencies. Elisha also represents technology and social media companies in complex civil litigation matters concerning privacy and data protection (GDPR).

Elisha maintains an active pro bono practice in the protection of civil rights and human rights, specifically in § 1983 civil rights disputes.
