White & Case Advises BPGC Acquisition Corp. on US$400 Million Merger with Innovative Rocket Technologies Inc.

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised special purpose acquisition company BPGC Acquisition Corp. on its US$400 million merger agreement with Innovative Rocket Technologies Inc., a next-generation reusable space rocket developer.

Upon closing, the combined company will operate under the name iRocket Technologies Inc., and the parties will plan to list the combined company on Nasdaq. Pursuant to the proposed transaction, a newly formed entity, iRocket Technologies Inc., will acquire both BPGC and iRocket, forming a new combined public company.
