Biography
Eliza is a senior associate in the Corporate and M&A team, specialising in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
Eliza advises across a broad range of corporate law matters, including due diligence, share and asset acquisitions and disposals, corporate restructuring, corporate governance and Australia's foreign investment laws.

- Representation of Bridgepoint and its portfolio company, Achilles, on its acquisition of software services provider, Cm3.
- Representation of an Australian subsidiary of a NYSE-listed entity on its A$75 million acquisition of an Australian business (share and asset purchase).*
- Representation of an Australian entity on its proposed £90 million and €41 million acquisitions of groups of entities operating an international franchising business (share and asset purchases).*
- Representation of a US corporation on its acquisition of an Australian cybersecurity software provider.*
- Representation of an Australian subsidiary of a NYSE-listed entity on its acquisition of a carved-out business (share and asset purchase).*
