Elizabeth is an associate in White & Case's Capital Markets practice in New York. Her experience includes advising corporates, investment and commercial banks and private funds in cross-border derivatives and structured products, liability management transactions, public and private securities offerings and corporate governance matters.
Elizabeth is also a member of the firm's Latin America Practice and the firm's Global Derivatives Group. Her practice focuses on representing clients in complex credit enhancement and risk management structures involving derivatives, as well as negotiating and drafting hedging documentation in commodity transactions and project finance transactions. Since joining White & Case, she has managed the derivatives documentation in several Latin American energy and infrastructure projects, advised White & Case's Latin American clients in negotiating and structuring a variety of customized derivatives transactions and assisted with U.S. regulatory compliance matters related to the implementation of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.
