Biography
Ella Ehrenberg-Peters is an associate in the Firm’s Debt Finance Practice in London. Ella has experience advising on a broad range of financing transactions, including general bank lending, pre-export finance, structured trade and commodities finance, other structured finance, refinancings and restructurings, in mature and emerging markets.
Ella represents both lenders and borrowers across a range of sectors, with particular experience in energy, commodities and infrastructure.
