Elliott Dionisio
Biography
Overview
Elliott Dionisio is an associate in the Global Antitrust/Competition practice group.
Mr. Dionisio focuses on complex litigation in the areas of antitrust and commercial litigation, involving matters before federal and state courts. He is also experienced in the realms of antitrust regulatory compliance, corporate transactions, and government investigations, including engaging in matters before the US Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission.
Mr. Dionisio has advised clients in a range of industries including pharmaceuticals, health insurance, software, hardware, medical devices, and food distribution.
Mr. Dionisio also devotes time to pro bono matters, including those involving family and human rights issues. Mr. Dionisio has finalized adoptions and guardianships for several families in California, and assisted international organizations to establish formal policies and practices related to adoptions.
Prior to joining White & Case, Mr. Dionisio interned for the Domestic Violence Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County and the Governor's Office of the State of Illinois. During law school, he was an extern for the Honorable Rose C. Owusu of the Supreme Court of Ghana. Mr. Dionisio has also served in two AmeriCorps programs, the National Civilian Community Corps and Volunteers in Service to America.
