Emily Lipka is an associate in the Washington, DC office. She has been working exclusively on intellectual property matters since her arrival at the firm, one of which is a 337 USITC Investigation. She has predominantly worked on drafting discovery requests and responses, as well as conducting large-scale document review. Her penchant for intellectual property and international trade law arose in law school, where she served as the Senior Managing Editor of Vanderbilt's Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law and won two awards for her academic work in International Trade Law. She also enjoys pro bono service, and is currently a project manager for a pro bono project at the Firm.
