Emily Lipka is an associate in the Intellectual Property Group, based in the Washington, DC office. Since arriving at the Firm, she has predominantly worked on Section 337 Investigations, with a particular focus on Domestic Industry, Remedy, and Bonding issues.
She has substantial experience drafting discovery requests and responses, as well as conducting large-scale document review. Her penchant for intellectual property and international trade law arose in law school, where she served as the Senior Managing Editor of Vanderbilt's Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law and won two awards for her academic work in International Trade Law. She is also committed to pro bono service, and recently served as a project manager on a pro bono project aimed at eliminating child marriage.
