Emily Theseira is a member of the Australian Taxation practice and is based in Sydney. Emily advises clients on a range of tax matters, including tax structuring, tax investigations and disputes, and tax due diligence.
Emily is currenty undertaking the Master of Tax at the University of Melbourne.

Acted for a foreign entity in a major capital gains tax dispute.
Acted for a gas and electricity business in a goods and services tax dispute.
