Emma Elopuro is an Associate in the M&A and Private Equity practice. She advises clients on corporate M&A and PE transactions, as well as other corporate matters.

Emma joined White & Case in 2025 as an Associate following her graduation from law school and previous role at White & Case as an Associate Trainee. Prior to joining White & Case she worked at another law firm and before that at an international corporation.
