White & Case advises Söderberg & Partners on acquisition of Benchmark Capital

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Söderberg & Partners on its acquisition of Benchmark Capital, Schroders plc's UK integrated financial advice business.

For Söderberg & Partners, the transaction is an important building block in their UK strategy, adding further scale, capabilities and expertise to an already strong platform.

Söderberg & Partners is one of the largest wealth management groups in Europe, with £108 billion in assets under advice and over 5,500 employees across the Nordics, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain and the United Kingdom. Founded in Sweden in 2004, Söderberg & Partners entered the UK market in 2024.
