She advises clients on the structuring, negotiation and execution of highly complex, cross-border private equity transactions across multiple sectors. She has extensive experience advising sponsors, corporates and management teams on acquisitions, disposals, management equity deals and distressed situations.

Graphite Capital on its acquisition of New World Trading Company (an operator of pub restaurants)*; and on its acquisition of nGAGE (a diversified recruitment business)*;

Exponent on the acquisition of Big Bus Tours, the UK- based global sightseeing bus tour operator; on its acquisition of ENRA Group, a provider of specialist mortgage finance; and Exponent and other selling shareholders on the sale of Gorkana Group to US-based Cision*;

the management team of Inspiring Learning Limited on its acquisition by Bridgepoint from aPriori Capital and Ares Management*;

the management team of ASK Italian and Zizzi on their acquisition by Bridgepoint*;

Conegliano Ventures on its investment in Boiler Room (an underground music platform) alongside VICE UK and Conegliano's subsequent buyout of VICE*;

the founding shareholder on the incorporation and initial funding rounds for iPrism Underwriting (a provider of SME comparative business insurance for brokers); and the investment into the company by Magenta and subsequent buyout by Bowmark*;

the management team on the sale of Travelex, the foreign exchange group, to the owner of UAE Exchange*;

Faccenda Investments (the parent company of Faccenda Foods) on the sale of Hillesden Securities Limited (trading as dlc), a debt collection company within its portfolio, to Cabot Credit Management*; and
