Ena Cefo is an Associate in the Firm's Dispute Resolution Group. She represents private companies and foreign sovereigns in the resolution of complex cross-border disputes and investigations. Ena regularly represents clients before U.S. federal district and appellate courts and arbitral tribunals established under the rules of the ICC, ICSID, and UNCITRAL. Her experience spans a wide range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, technology, construction, oil and gas, nuclear power, textiles manufacturing, and consumer and retail services. In addition to her robust arbitration and litigation practice, Ena also conducts investigations for multinational companies, including with regard to the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, various anti-competitive laws and regulations, and other national law obligations.
At Georgetown Law, Ena was a Global Law Scholar and a member of the Georgetown Journal of International Law. She also advised clients through the Harrison Institute for Public Policy, including with regard to a draft foreign investment law and the implementation of a proposed multi-national trade agreement.
