(NASDAQ: IPAX) on its definitive US$700 million business combination agreement with Intuitive Machines, LLC, a leading space exploration, infrastructure and services company. Upon the closing of the transaction, the combined company will be named Intuitive Machines Inc.

Representation of DNB Markets, Inc., as sole global coordinator, joint bookrunner and representative of the underwriters, on the US$44.8 million initial public offering of 7,720,000 common shares by Himalaya Shipping Ltd. The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,158,000 common shares, solely to cover over-allotments. Clarksons Securities, Inc. acted as qualified independent underwriter and joint bookrunner. ABG Sundal Collier ASA, Arctic Securities AS, BTIG, LLC and Fearnley Securities AS also acted as joint bookrunners for this offering. Cleaves Securities AS acted as co-lead manager. The common shares are dual-listed and trading on the New York Stock Exchange and Euronext Expand in Oslo, Norway under the symbol "HSHP". Himalaya Shipping Ltd. is an independent bulk carrier company with two dual fueled Newcastlemax vessels in operation and 10 dual fueled Newcastlemax dry bulk vessels under construction.
