Eugenia has a wide range of transactional and advisory experience on cross-border mergers, acquisitions and disposals of companies and businesses, joint ventures, and private equity projects in various industries including hospitality, oil and gas, banking, healthcare and retail. Eugenia's experience also includes advising clients on bank financings, corporate reorganisations, restructurings, capital market transactions, drafting of commercial contracts and assistance on general corporate matters.
