Eva Gebhartová is an associate in the Prague office, who primarily concentrates on providing financing and legal advice to banking institutions, including advice on insolvency and financial restructuring, where she has been involved in several major insolvency cases in the region of Central and Eastern Europe.

Ms. Gebhartová is a member of the White & Case team providing legal consultancy to a number of major clients in financial transactions involving acquisition, operative and real estate financing, as well as in conducting due diligence investigations. In her practice, she has mainly been engaged in drafting and preparing contractual documentation and drafting pleadings in insolvency litigation.

Ms. Gebhartová has also been involved in ongoing representation of major Czech banks acting as secured creditors in various insolvency proceedings.

Prior to joining White & Case, Ms. Gebhartová worked in the Prague office of a major international accounting and consultancy firm as a lawyer, where she mainly assisted foreign corporations in connection with the establishment or reorganization of their Czech operations, and concerning all tax and trade duty consequences. Her experience also includes dealing with issues under general corporate law and labor law.
