Faris Al Amoudi is an Islamic finance, banking and capital markets associate at the Law Firm of AlSalloum and AlToaimi, with which White & Case practices in association. Faris has been involved in a range of banking and debt capital markets experiences including advising large corporate entities, investment banking clients and governments and government-related entities in relation to MTN and Sukuk issuances both in the GCC and Europe.
Faris has given speeches at conferences in the MENA region, including a seminar hosted by the Dubai International Financial Centre on the impact of Basel III on capital markets deals (conventional and Islamic) and a seminar in Egypt on the practical aspects of sukuk transactions sponsored by the Egyptian Ministry of Finance and the Islamic Development Bank.
Prior to joining White & Case in 2013, Faris practiced in the London, Bahrain and Dubai offices of another leading international law firm.
