Ferigo advised UniCredit Corporate & Investment Banking and Goldman Sachs International as Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners in connection with the initial public offering of Piovan S.p.A. on the STAR segment of the Milan Stock Exchange. UniCredit Corporate & Investment Banking also acted as Sponsor.

GIMA TT's €385 million IPO, 2017
Ferigo advised GIMA TT in connection with its initial public offering on the Milan Stock Exchange, in which approximately 35% of the company's ordinary shares were sold for a total amount of approximately €385 million.

Banca Farmafactoring's €250 million IPO, 2017

Ferigo advised Saipem S.p.A. in connection with its €3.5 billion rights issue. The offer was partially guaranteed by a syndicate of banks led by J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs International, as joint global coordinators, and Banca IMI, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, Mediobanca and UniCredit Corporate and Investment Banking as joint bookrunners.

INWIT's €795 million IPO, 2015
Ferigo advised the joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners (Banca IMI, Deutsche Bank (London Branch) and Mediobanca - Banca di Credito Finanziario), the joint bookrunner (UBS Limited) and the lead manager and sponsor (Banca IMI) in connection with the €795 million circa IPO of Infrastrutture Wireless Italiane S.p.A. (INWIT) on the Milan Stock Exchange, in which approximately 40% of the Company's ordinary shares were sold.

Banca Carige's €510 million liability management, 2017
Ferigo advised Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank in connection with the €510 million liability management exercise related to Banca Carige's capital increase.

Autostrade per l'Italia's €700 million issuance, 2017
Ferigo advised Autostrade per l'Italia S.p.A. in connection with its issuance of €700 million 1.875% notes due 2029 under its €7 billion Medium Term Note Programme.

Intesa Sanpaolo's €2.5 billion issuances, 2017

Ferigo advised Italiaonline and Seat Pagine Gialle (Seat) in connection with the €500 million reverse merger by incorporation of Italiaonline into Seat. This transaction represents the completion the acquisition of Seat (and the relevant mandatory tender offer) by italiaonline.

De'Longhi Industrial's €508 million sale of DeLclima S.p.A., 2015
Ferigo advised De'Longhi Industrial S.A., controlling shareholder of DeLclima S.p.A., in connection with its €508 million sale of 74.97 percent of the share capital of DeLclima S.p.A., a listed Italian company active in the manufacturing and sale of chillers and heat pumps.

Airport of Florence and Airport of Pisa merger, 2015
Ferigo led the team which advised Corporación América in connection with the mandatory offer for the entire share capital of Aeroporti di Firenze S.p.A., the voluntary offer for the entire share capital of Società Aeroporto Toscano Galileo Galilei S.p.A. and the following merger of entities which became "Toscana Aeroporti".
