Filipa Relvas
Biography
Filipa is an associate in the White & Case Global Tax Practice based in Luxembourg.
She advises on international and Luxembourg tax matters, with a particular focus on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and the structuring of both regulated and unregulated alternative investment fund platforms. She also advises on corporate reorganizations, as well as the tax implications of financings, securitizations and capital markets transactions. In addition, Filipa has experience with exchange of information on tax matters (including DAC6, FATCA, CRS and exchange of information upon request) and Pillar Two considerations for in-scope multinational groups.
Filipa is an active member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and participates in the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI).
