Biography
Fiona is an associate in our global Real Estate industry group based in London.
Fiona advises international and domestic clients on complex commercial real estate and infrastructure transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, leases, developments, and the property aspects of corporate and private equity transactions.
Fiona's experience spans the entire project lifecycle: from due diligence and land strategy, document negotiation and finalisation, to settlements and post-completion deliverables.
Fiona has a particular focus on the data centre sector and regularly advises developers and lenders in relation to this asset class.
Prior to transferring to the White & Case London office, Fiona worked in the White & Case office in Melbourne, Australia. During this time, Fiona advised international renewable energy developers, state government entities and corporate entities on complex real estate and infrastructure transactions.

Advising Equis in relation to the 'Melbourne Renewable Energy Hub' in Victoria.
Advising Southerly Ten in relation to 'Star of the South' in Victoria (Australia’s most developed offshore wind farm).
Advising Tamboran Resources (NYSE: TBN) in relation to a gas processing facility in the Northern Territory.
Advising TagEnergy in relation to the 'Golden Plains Wind Farm' in Victoria (the Southern Hemisphere’s largest wind farm).
Advising Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) in relation to renewable energy facilities in Victoria and South Australia.
Advising OX2 in relation to the wind farm and solar developments in Western Australia, Queensland and South Australia.
Advising Mint Renewables in relation to solar and BESS developments in New South Wales and Western Australia.
Advising AusNet in relation to the proposed Western Renewables Link in Victoria.
Real Estate
Advising the Victorian government on land matters for the development of the Suburban Rail Loop Project (Australia's largest underground rail network).
Advising Legrand SA (EPA:LR) on the property aspects of the acquisition of Australian Plastic Profiles, including the purchase and leaseback of manufacturing facilities in numerous Australian jurisdictions.
