Fiona acts for clients in a variety of property transactions, including in relation to acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and licensing in all Australian jurisdictions.
Fiona's experience spans the entire project lifecycle: from due diligence and land strategy, document negotiation and finalisation, to settlements and post-completion deliverables.
Fiona has worked closely with renewable energy developers, state government entities and utility providers, as well as corporate entities in the industrial, retail and commercial sectors.
