Biography

Overview

Flavio is a Funds and Investment Management associate in our global Mergers & Acquisitions practice based in London.

With experience across various jurisdictions, Flavio advises established and emerging private capital sponsors on the structuring, establishment, capitalisation and maintenance of private capital businesses as well as private investment funds, co-investment vehicles and managed accounts pursuing alternative strategies across a broad spectrum of illiquid asset classes, including buyout, growth, real estate, energy and tech. He also counsels on internal governance arrangements, carried interest schemes and secondary market transactions in fund interests. Additionally, he regularly represents SWFs and other institutional investors in relation to their alternative investment programmes.
